Aiken - Rent with option to purchase

If you are ready to move to Aiken but would like to rent for a little bit to find out where you want to buy first, or if you are not quite ready to buy and need a couple of years, I might have a great option for you.

I work with an investment company that buys homes for prospective tenants here in Aiken.

They allow you to look at houses that are for sale on the market and then they buy the property and you can rent the property from them and even have a purchase option.

As a Realtor, I am able to schedule showings with you and at houses just like a regular purchase. Once the company qualifies you and decides what you qualify for we can look at houses in this area.   You must have a credit score of 580 and min annual income of $50K/year and can afford to make the rent payments.

There are some other restrictions but they can prequalify you and it's a great program for people that want to come to Aiken but perhaps prefer to rent first to get their bearings and have some time to decide where/what they would like to purchase.

You make a one-year commitment to rent and then you can renew for another year, up to 5 years, or you can go ahead and purchase the home from them, at any time, for a pre-agreed-upon price.

Contact me if you want more info about this program.

I.am a horse trainer in Los Angeles and have been in the same facility for almost 20 years with 20 horses where we also live. We are thinking about relocating and I curious if those rent to buy options are just residential houses or if there is stables/arena options as well. Best regards, Carin
